Support

Real channels, honest commitments.

Every channel below is registered machinery, named with its actual limits. Hours and the response-time commitment publish here the moment ops capacity registers — never a promise ahead of the capacity that keeps it.

The ticket desk

The primary channel. Tickets attach to your organization and license, get an immediate email confirmation, and are answered by a human from [email protected]. Registered limit: 5 tickets per account per day. Diagnostic bundles upload beside the ticket (25 MB, quarantined, human-reviewed).

Email — the one inbox

[email protected] is the single staffed inbox — support, trial help (including the one-trial-per-machine review path), and anything the ticket desk doesn't fit. One inbox, nothing falls between desks.

[email protected] →

The in-portal assistant

Instant answers to product questions inside the portal. It never sees your account, license, or billing — account questions hand off to a ticket or the inbox by design. Where the assistant isn't wired, it says so and hands off — never a fabricated answer.

Security disclosure

Suspected vulnerabilities never go through sales or the ticket desk — use the security disclosure path.

Hours and response times

Registered at go-live — not a sentence sooner.

Staffed hours and the response-time commitment are being registered against ops capacity for go-live. This page publishes them the moment they register. What is true today: every channel above is live machinery, every ticket confirms immediately by email, and a human answers from the one inbox. We publish no SLA we cannot trace to registered capacity — a promise ops cannot meet would be worse than none.

At the Summit booth: trial sign-up help is immediate and in person; the one-trial-per-machine review path (a second legitimate machine blocked by a shared or cloned fingerprint) routes here and is handled by staff.
