How does monthly invoicing work?

Each month you receive an invoice for the organization fee plus the seat charge of your configured band — for example, 3 Squad seats invoice US$805.33 per month. Totals are recalculated server-side; a quote can be reconstructed from pricing version 2026-09-02.scope.

Can I cancel at any time?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual term. The agreement runs to term end; the Studio keeps working until then.

Are partial refunds available?

No partial-term refunds, except where the law requires otherwise. The Refund Policy carries the operative text.

What is included with Core Studio?

The complete feature system on Studio Features, plus 150,000 included Core Credits per developer seat per annual term when the credits structure activates.

What requires Contact Sales?

Configurations above 29 seats, Core Enterprise agreements, and Core Intelligence scope are handled through Contact Sales.

What is BYOK and when is it available?
