Do not include passwords, license keys, connection strings, or customer data. Security vulnerabilities are not tickets — use the security disclosure path.

Include the support code from any license dialog (e.g. LIC-RECORD-CORRUPT) if you have one.

Support bundle upload

Bundles are .zip, .json, .log, or .txt, max 25 MB. Uploads are quarantined and reviewed manually by our team — never publish them elsewhere.

Your tickets
